Join Arts Educators from across the nation as the Lead the Way Conference will dive into backstage industry tips for the classroom, how to expand and develop your arts program, team bonding activities for the performer, and much more. 

 

 


What do you have to look forward to?  This conference will emphasize integrating creative and artistic methods into the classroom across arts disciplines. All educators are welcome to join this empowering, professional development event that will be full of brainstorming, collaboration, and creativity.

Together, our main-stage facilitators and participants will dive into educational topics, tips, and strategies that are geared towards the performing arts classroom and curriculum. Come ready to collaborate with like minded educators, create and develop new ideas for your classroom, and learn from some of the top arts educators in America.

What to expect? Lead the Way will include keynote seminars from educational innovators such as Bill Brawley, founder of the International Music Outreach Tours; Merrilee Webb, nationally renowned arts educator and music entrepreneur; Dan Hays, Global Apple Educator; Tyson Garner, a passionate choreographer and teacher who is most notably known for his performance in the Broadway cast of Elton John and Tim Rice's AIDA, and much more. This conference will emphasize integrating creative and artistic methods into the arts classrooms. Educators, don't miss this empowering, professional development event that will leave you full of inspiration, creativity, and new methods for your classroom.

Dates: July 10th-12th

Registration: General Registration is $349 however if you enter FRIENDSANDFAMILY you can receive an extra $50 off. Registration includes complimentary appetizers and two drinks at the social mingle, breakfast on the 11th, 12th, and 13th, lunch on the 11th and 12th, and dinner on the 12th at the Boyne Highlands Young Americans Dinner Theatre. In addition you will receive full access to the Social Mingle and Welcome Gathering, two full days of the educators conference, and one free VIP ticket to an evening at The Young Americans Dinner Theatre.

Show Tickets for additional family members: An option to buy more dinner theater tickets will be provided to you throughout your registration.  We want to stress the importance of purchasing tickets before hand to ensure your family members obtain a seat at our sold out Dinner Theater.
